A blended experience of intuitive touch therapies for skin and body wellbeing.

Your skin is a window into what’s going on within. As a holistic therapist and skin specialist, I work with you to read the cues of your skin, to get your vibrant skin with lift and luminosity, while supporting your skin lipid barrier with luxurious natural skincare.

Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, I integrate facial gua sha, cupping, acupressure, and revitalising face and body massage with advanced skincare technologies to encourage deep renewal. These treatments stimulate flow through connective tissue, fascia, and muscle, leaving your skin visibly brighter, firmer, and healthier.

When facials are combined with holistic body therapies, like reflexology, acupressure and aromatherapy, many clients find the experience even more relaxing and restorative. I see your skin as working in harmony with your body's other systems, so I treat it as part of the wider picture of your wellbeing. A whole-body approach is a wonderful way to care for your skin from the outside in. Many clients tell me they leave feeling calmer, sleep better, and find it a welcome support through hormonal changes like perimenopause and menopause. So you feel confident in your skin and settled in your body.

Ongoing treatment plans are your path to lasting transformation.

Introduction - Consultation and The Rosehip Ritual

This first visit is a warm welcome and introduction to working together, combining consultation and personalised treatment in one seamless experience.

Whether you’re navigating specific skin concerns, feeling out of balance, wanting a natural approach to ageing, or simply looking to restore a healthy glow, we begin by listening - to your skin, your body and how you feel.

The Rosehip Ritual

More than a facial, this is a personalised, integrative skin and body treatment that works beyond the surface, supporting the systems beneath it. Treating your skin and body together as one, it brings a sense of internal harmony alongside visible lift, glow and long-term skin vitality.

What I Use in Your Treatments

All facials include luxury natural skincare by Marie Reynolds London or using bespoke body aromatherapy blends created in the studio. Skincare products and tools such as Gua Sha, The Lymphatic Brush are available to purchase, and so you can continue the benefits at home.

Gua Sha and Facial Cupping

These techniques come from Traditional Chinese Medicine, where good health is rooted in strong circulation and balanced energy flow.

Gua Sha uses crystal tools in targeted facial massage to boost circulation, release deep tension, and clear stagnation, helping to lift, sculpt and revitalise your skin.

Facial Cupping uses soft, flexible cups to create gentle suction on the skin. This relaxes and tones facial muscles, supports lymphatic drainage, and encourages collagen production.

Advanced Facial Massage

Buccal Massage works with the muscles inside the mouth as well as the outer face, releasing deeper tension through the jaw and cheeks that regular facial massage can't fully reach. It's performed with gloved hands and is deeply releasing, particularly for those who carry tension through the jaw or grind their teeth. I'll always talk you through it beforehand and it’s always optional, we’ll discuss if it feels right for you.

Advanced Skin Technologies

Professional Celluma LED (FDA-cleared) a soothing light therapy to support your skin's natural collagen and elastin, reduce inflammation and promote overall skin health, which can leave the skin calmer, brighter and more resilient.

Microcurrent a gentle, low-level current used to lift, tone and sculpt the facial muscles, supporting skin firmness, circulation and a more defined, refreshed appearance.

High Frequency a targeted treatment that uses a gentle electrical current to oxygenate the skin, helping to calm inflammation, reduce breakouts and support a clearer, more balanced complexion.

Reflexology, Acupressure and Aromatherapy

Reflexology goes beyond a simple foot massage - it’s rooted in the idea that your feet reflect the state of your entire body. By applying targeted pressure to specific reflex points, reflexology stimulates nerve endings, promoting overall balance and wellbeing. This can have a positive effect on mood, anxiety, sleep, hormones and the related symptoms.

Acupressure involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the face, head and body. It’s deeply calming, almost like acupuncture, but without the needles. Acupressure seeds (small plasters applied to the skin) can prolong the benefits at home.

Aromatherapy uses the powerful properties of essential oils, both inhaled and absorbed throughout the skin during massage. These plant-based essences can help to shift emotional states, ease physical symptoms, and support long-term wellbeing. As an aromatherapist, I can blend essential oils just for you to target, to target how you feel and how you’d like to feel.
