By combining Chinese medicine health philosophies, gua sha, facial cupping and acupressure with uplifting and revitalising facial massage and advanced technology, the most incredible results can be achieved.

  • Let’s read the story of your skin.  Whether you’re dealing with skin inflammation, signs of ageing, or want an uplift we take a holistic approach to radiant skin. First we identify your skin goals. From there, I can guide you with skincare prescription, wellbeing guidance and a treatment plan. Your facial will be completely personalised to you.

    Can include : skincare product and skin supplement prescription, wellbeing and lifestyle advice, a personalised treatment plan to target your concerns. Facial can include LED, masks, gua sha, cupping, buccal massage, or reflexology as needed.

    This facial is a great first step to The Rejuvenate + Reset Plan (consultation + facial cost can be deducted from plan)

Rejuvenate + Reset

  • The Rejuvenate + Reset Plan is a 6 week skin transformation kickstart that puts the power in your own hands.

    Alongside high performance facials with skincare and supplements, you'll receive 1-1 tutelage, empowering you to apply targeted self massage with gua sha and facial cupping techniques at home.

    Facial gua sha and cupping can lift, sculpt and gently shape your face for a fresh natural glow. Results come with consistency, so home skincare, supplements and a face tool are included.

    Skin health and vibrancy comes from within, I'll guide you with doable lifestyle tweaks.

The Signature Facial

As the body is in complete relaxation you’ll receive a Signature Facial massage to melt held facial tension and renew skin cells, using a gentle combination of gua sha and acupressure. Closing with key foot reflexology points and a touch of sound to ground you to the earth and find your inner flow.

Aroma Reflexology

  • A deluxe reflexology treatment amplified with aromatherapy and acupressure massage to balance your body in the way you need.

    A bespoke blend of aromatherapy balm is applied for a sensory experience, with a foot and leg massage with acupressure points. The power of plant essential oils enter through your skin, shifting your internal state. Reflex points in the feet are massaged stimulated to encourage flow in the body.

    Option to enhance restoration with a crystal eye mask to melt your thoughts and soothe tired eyes and application of acupressure seeds so impact carries on beyond your treatment.

Immerse : Aromatherapy Massage

  • An immersive experience to nurture both the skin, body and senses.

    A bespoke essential oil blended for you and applied in slow and rhythmic massage style, starting with your back.

    Moving to your arms and decollete, combined with crystals, facial acupressure point stimulation and head and scalp massage.

    Key feet reflex and acupressure points are stimulated to encourage flow in the body. Deep restoration is enhanced by an optional crystal eye mask to melt your mind and thoughts.

What is facial gua sha, cupping and acupressure?

A part of Traditional Chinese Medicine healing system where, healthy and strong circulation and energy flow are the key to vitality. Crystal Gua Sha tools are used to glide across the face in targeted massage sequences that rejuvenate. Soft flexible facial cups create a gentle suction that relaxes and tones facial muscles, improving flow and collagen production. In facial acupressure, gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the face and head (like acupuncture without the needles).

Massage is a touch therapy that encourages relaxation and flow within your body, relaxing the soft tissues, increasing the flow of blood and oxygen and soothing aches and tension. Reflexology, a foot massage that feels heavenly. But it so much more. In reflexology theory your feet are maps of your body, mirroring what's going on within you, giving subtle clues. Targeted foot and hand massage encourages flow, so you feel relaxed, improve your mood and aid sleep. Aromatherapy, the absorption of aromatic plant essences, inhaled, massaged into the skin. And it can have a profound effect on your emotional wellbeing and your physical body. Essential oils from plants, are thought to possess distinctive properties that improve overall emotional and spiritual health. Regular treatments can support you to feel a shift in the patterns of symptoms you experience.
