Facial Gua Sha, cupping and acupressure are part of Traditional Chinese Medicine healing system where, healthy and strong circulation and energy flow are the key to vitality. Crystal Gua Sha tools are used to glide across the face in targeted massage sequences that rejuvenate. Soft flexible facial cups create a gentle suction that relaxes and tones facial muscles, improving flow and collagen production. In facial acupressure, gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the face and head (like acupuncture without the needles).
All facials include selected natural skincare by Marie Reynolds or bespoke aromatherapy facial blends. Opening with a consultation so the treatment is designed to your needs and closing with self care advice.

From there, I can teach you how to build a routine, from massage moves, gua sha tips, stress management and letting go of your day.
